High School to College

My one burning question!!! How do I take my fictional high school players and put them on my fictional college roster? Then how do you pick which players go to which college?

I've read a ton of post of people who create good draft classes but how do you keep adding new fictional players to team rosters at the end of the season?? If anybody has a tutorial that would be sweet...
