Watched most of the first half and darn does this look good. Seeing the clean screen without all the play calling GUI looks nice. One thing is for sure, EA removing the walkup to the line of scrimmage a few years ago was stupid. It ruins the presentation even more in this instance as we get to see the players in the huddle extensively and then boom! They're all at the line of scrimmage immediately. Just looks weird. I preferred the walkup myself, heck I even preferred the odd scramble of players to get back to the line late in game for quick snaps. It wasn't perfect but it was better than what we have now.

Other than a few passes to the sideline where AI receivers just go out of bounds for a loss things looks pretty good. If I could just get a PS5 I'd be set!

I'm not sure if when they switched to Frostbite is when they cut out some of that stuff or not. I think it would make sense if that's about when it happened. But yeah, I know they struggled with pathing and whatnot to get guys back to the line on hurry up and all that -- and also game speed they were worried about with how much clicking you'd have to do to hurry people to the line every time rather than waiting -- but I agree that I'd still like to see a full-on version where every movement is tracked rather than using the trickery cuts.

Hurry up is the one spot I don't mind them just warping because it was always just kinda annoying when dudes were 50 yards downfield and had to run back, but yeah the post-play cuts and pre-play cuts I'd like to see back more with more cameras etc.

Graphics are nice however there being no refs on the field but refs in the cut scenes is unacceptable for a next gen product

Love this game, but they need to stop making players like Tom Brady acting all swag and stuff. He was and is never like that.
