XBOX 360 Basic mod setup help

My goal was to find a teambuilder with the buckeyes black alternates. I've done that, however it is the 2015 team roster and I am looking to update that roster without doing it in the game it would take forever. I'm trying to use horizon/ea db editor (downloaded two of them) and i can't import my dynasty file. Keep getting the exception error. Out of all the posts on here none of them really explain howto fix it unless i'm missing it. Can someone please help me out.

Download Skulletor's editor. That should work.

Thanks for the help fellas. Last question I got: when editing rosters through the DB editor, say I make the stats 99 overall across the board, but under OVR I put 55... is that going to show in the game when transferred over ? Or does it automatically populate the average overall of what it should be ?
