Easiest Relocation Team

I’m looking to bring the Houston Oilers back into the NFL and I’m wondering which team is the easiest to relocate? I would like to move an NFC team since Houston already has the Texans in the AFC....

If you have "Anyone Can Relocate" as a setting, then you can move any of them for any reason.


If you're asking by stadium happiness, then Washington would be a good pick, as would Carolina if you want the new team to be in the NFC South.

I had thought about Carolina and Washington as well. I wanted the Oilers to be in a division that made sense due to their location. We’ve all seen odd divisional assignments in the past. I remember when the Saints and Panthers were in the old NFC West! That never made much sense to me. Thanks for the suggestion.

I know you said you want them in different conferences but moving the Titans back to Houston makes the most sense as by default, Nissan stadium rating is abysmal and low enough for a relocate. And having two NFL teams in Houston in the same conference, in the same division with "home" and "aways" each season - talk about a rivalry.

Had a blast a few years ago by having Baltimore become the Oilers and reliving the old AFC central (Browns, Bengals, Oilers, Steelers). If you're going with an NFC team, I'd go with an NFC south team, maybe Bucs or Panthers.

Not NFC, but I did the Jags, in '20, and it worked out well. Gave divisional rivalries with the Texans and Titans.

Can you not do division re-alignment?

Or even replace the Texans with the Oilers? Theres only 1 Houston team
