Unfortunately, it seems like no. This hardware has been notoriously difficult to mod. Even Artem gave up on it.

It’s a pity that mine are not work for you cause I am from Europe region. I guess I have a very good one for NHL 20. Players with best as possible looking appearance. All important and drafted Goalies with different equipment. I continue to play with NHL 20 exactly about this Roster. Would like to Transfer it to NHL 21, but seems it is not possible. I am sick for that heavy work of some weeks every year.

NHLview is finished. From what I understand Artem has moved on, retired so to speak. He was a genius and his tool along with other mod gods made NHL 2009 on the PC the greatest hockey video game experience ever. A limited version worked on PS3 but once the PS4 came out and the roster files basically made to be impossible to open along with real life stuff Artem gave up. All good things come to an end.

Not true. He could open the files but gave up after 2018 because not everyone has a jailbroken console. Newer versions added some new type of compression to the files. He sent me a version of tdbviewer that can open older uncompressed rosters.
