With the NBA season ending...

Can we get start in off season with generated rookies? Or is this part of the "make em buy next Gen" campaign? No reason this can't be added other than greed. I'm tired of buying yearly broken releases that only focus on online micro transactions.

Can always get custom rosters, dude.

Draft hasnt even happened yet. I'm sure when the new season starts in December or January, they'll have a roster update.

Eh I could. But they got my 60 bucks. Why should I have to settle for half assed and unavailable game modes? They've made billions and they can't throw some money to bug fixes and coding? You can't hire staff, sign free agents, do summer league in your first year with custom rosters either.

How is the NBA situation 2K's fault? You knew that the NBA 2019-2020 season was still "in progress" when you bought the game. If you already knew that you couldn't do anything in the first season with custom rosters, then what was you expecting to happen?

The option to start in the off season? It's funny that just because my opinion is different that yours I'm being unreasonable. You wouldn't buy a meal from mcds and leave without your fries because they weren't done cooking. It's not much to ask for simple game modes and features to work. If they didn't want to offer a full product they shouldn't have charged full price.

I understand the rookies aren't in the game, they haven't been drafted. No reason off season isn't with generated or custom draft classes.

Re: With the NBA season ending...

Rookies will be added after they sign NBA contracts as always. 2K legally can't add them to the game until they are part of the NBA Collective Bargaining Agreement and NBAPA.

Of course that is unless they negotiate individual contracts with each rookie like they did last year.

Anyway some of the rookies are already hidden on the rosters. LaMelo Ball, James Wiseman, Anthony Edwards, RJ Hampton, and Onyeka Okongwu cyberfaces are already in the game.

Start in off-season will probably be available after the draft, as that's when they'll have the official rookies to make it work.

You shouldn't have paid the full price then. But you did. You made a decision as a consumer.

Fries were never advertised with your meal.
