Standing Subs

Why do they barely cost any stamina? Also why does the attacker bar for the standing guillotine fill up so quick?

Re: Standing Subs

Standing subs could use a nerf, at least the standing guillotine.

And to me, it’s more than just the stamina issue - where defenders stamina drains before the sub attempt, leaving them ridiculously vulnerable to the subsequent sub. Don’t get me wrong, that’s bad too, but there’s a bigger problem...

It’s the lack of ability to change position. I mean, even the OFFENSIVE fighter should be able to do something from the standing guillotine position, other than just... go for a guillotine. Two that come to mind - which are just common sense, very simple, and very common in MMA - is a snap down to sprawl, or an inside trip takedown.

And don’t even get me STARTED on the defensive fighter. They literally can’t do anything, except walk away? We can’t block the guillotine, we can’t try to advance position, do a last resort bail type move... NOTHING? Our controllers are just locked, no buttons do anything, until we automatically break free? Come on
