Why does this give people an advantage on being able to deny transitions?

They just wait and camp on the ground to deny transitions to get the stamina advantage. They don't even throw ground strikes to get Grapple Advantage. SMH

Yes they can, by removing the need for pre-denying transition denials and have a closed guard system like UFC Undisputed 3, which made more sense.

That's not true, because pre-denying transition will get you to sweep your opponent.

PS4 Pro vs Base PS4 and Xbox One X vs Base Xbox One there's a HUGE grappling advantage, it's easily obvious.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume your definition of "pre-deny" is different. Holding deny before they transition isn't going to get a reversal let alone anything other than you giving up a free transition.
