I'm doing them again for Madden 21!
Reviewing games now with my exact Madden 20 settings as a Start. I will start testing from here.
This is my new Forum Policy

Cdcool's 15 min Quarter: CPU vs CPU (Watched GM) Madden 20 sliders and CPU vs CPU Guide
You have to use 100% of my settings in the OP, not just the sliders for these to work.
DO NOT POST ANY STATS IN MY FORUM IF THEY ARE NOT 100% OF MY SLIDERS AND SETTINGS.
This is an NFL Offline Franchise (slider and settings) simulator
The Objective: Get NFL End of Season Stats and great animations in Franchise for CPU vs CPU games
Simmed game stats are not optimized to match up with 15-minute quarter watched games in Madden Your watched season team stats will ruin your Franchise season because the stats will not match up with the simmed games using 15 minute quarters, your team players will lead in many categories. This is why other slider developers are using 7,8,9 minute Quarters, they are trying to get the stats to match up. I played using 12-minute Quarters for years so I get it, been doing 15-minute Quarters for over 3 years now, which is harder than 12.
These sliders require EVERY GAME for EVERY TEAM to be Watched or let played CPU vs CPU where all 32 teams are under Human control in Offline CFM, using 15 minute quarters as in the NFL.
These sliders work for the way I play, Watching every game with 15-minute quarters using Slow Supersim End Game. NOT PLAYING, SIMMING or CALLING PLAYS.
The results may vary playing any other way, they may work but I have not tested, has nothing to do with not being flexible but a lot to do with the NFL.
You are the GM making GM decisions for all 32 teams and watching the results. Not mixing simmed games with played games.
The NFL DRAFT is where you make an impact and follow your draft picks if you choose to do so for all 32 Teams.
I'm happy with the results, I've tried multiple settings and these work as good as I can get in Madden 20 PC.
If you decide to try them, use every setting I have posted or you will not get the same results.

Restart your system (OFF the ON) if needed because of bad games and Watch at least 3 full games before commenting.

GAME ISSUES CAUSED BY FILE CORRUPTION
Typically a sign that a game has gone bad is listed below.
Not happening that often in Madden 21
A PROFILE DELETION MAY BE REQUIRED if you see the below
Excessive Sacks more than 11
Low Pass Completion Percentages in the 30's
Excessive Passing Yards by both QB's
High scoring in the First Quarter
QB's with over 200 yards or more in the 2nd Quarter
When you see it
STOP THE GAME and RESTART YOUR CONSOLE (OFF and ON), NO NEED TO DELETE YOUR PROFILE
PC USERS STOP OR REPLAY THE GAME AFTER A RESTART IN ORIGIN
Repetitive game issues with the same issue may require a PROFILE DELETION.
SACKS
Some games are good with Sacks I really can't say how many but you have no control over when they go crazy. Certain Players trending high is gonna happen. Sacks are overstated in Madden, there are just too many, this has been an issue for years with CPU vs CPU games.
There are a few things you can do
Review Sacks after every game.
I don't start managing Sacks until about Week 10 or 11 of Watched games in the CFM, you will see what's going on and what's needed.
1. Exessive Sacks are sometimes tied to certain players, they are trending high, like 2 or more Sacks every game for numerous weeks. If you see this happening, either Fast, Normal Sim, or Advance the Week for that Team and not Watch that team's games to help reduce his Sack numbers.
Fast and Normal Sim or Advance the Week games are a bit better on Sacks but not much, but do help with a player that has a Sack issue. No need to mess around with every Offensive or Defensive player ratings.
I recommend Normal Sim, Fast Sim has stat issues such as decreased or not showing QB rushing yards. Takes about 10 minutes to watch a game, Normal Sim does not use or take into account sliders, so only use it when necessary.
2. Edit or reduce a Player's Ratings who has high excessive Sacks. I believe sometimes players get broken and their Ratings cause them to get crazy Sack numbers every week. I don't like doing this but it does work.
EA put a lot of work into Player Ratings to keep the game realistic, I don't mess with the Ratings of a Player not unless I'm forced to and that would be because it will screw up Season-Ending Stats. I don't want a Player with 30 Sacks at the End of the Season.
3. Watch excessive Sack games over, on the PC just exit out of the Window so the game isn't saved, and Watch it again. Restart and Delete your Profile.
Watched 15 minute quarters are time-consuming so this may not work for most people, I have no issue doing it and normally the second game is better on Sacks than the first or just Fast or Normal Sim the second game.
A game with 10 or more Sacks or a Player with 2 or more Sacks that has been trending high is my rule to Watch the game over. 10 Sacks with no player having more than one or two may be Okay if no player is excessive.
Some games have 0-5 or 6 Sacks and are good games.
4. Keep thinking you can fix Sacks with Sliders, Ratings 100%, Schemes, or Attributes.

SLIDER GAME RESULTS
All looking good including Drops (11 receptions no drops)and 3rd Down percentages.
Passing attempts vs run attempts are good
Pass completion percentages are good
Running game is good
Penalties are good
Scores are good
Sacks can be high for some games not all
The number of Plays is good, 120 is not the standard, I counted and compared to the number in the NFL.
All Drops are not drops, watching games receivers dropping some passes look realistic.
Pass completion percentages are good: 50's-70's (season averages around 60%)
Passing Yards are good: 200's - 300's (400 are rare)
Running game is good: 100+ yards will happen
Yards per Carry are good: 4.5 and higher
Receiving is good: Drops are reasonable
TLF's are good: just had a game with 9
Interceptions are good: 0-4
Pass Deflections are reasonable and varied
Special Teams and Kicking Game are good, getting Touchbacks on Kickoffs and long Field Goals.
Injuries are just right
Penalties are good now

2. Select your team and change the role to an Owner select his/her specialty and give him a name
3. Go to League Settings and change it to Owners Only.

5. Create 31 owner characters (Real Owners are gone in Madden 21)
6. Go into each created Owners League Settings
7. User Help
Select your degree of control for the team, Scout College Players (Your Team) and League Advancement (All Teams) must be on manual as stated in User Team Help (above)

In Franchise Hub just hit R3, pressing down the right stick which will bring up Madden Messenger
Then hit RB to select Create Character
Then Select Team
Then select Style
then Owner
R3 to switch characters or add a new one (Do this for all 32 teams)
R3 means pressing down the right stick
Watching Games
Go into Supersim by pushing in the left stick, using the B button or going to the pause menu, and selecting "Super Sim" after the game starts.
X select Speed Slow
Jump Forward select "End of Game
