If there is no deluxe edition listed right now (and there isnt), I doubt they will come out with one at all. They have already listed everything on website and all, it would be weird to suddenly put out a deluxe edition.
(The deluxe edition mostly existed on Ultimate Team in the past anyway, which is now dead. As you see the regular pre-order version already includes everything they could possibly throw at you with Joshua/Fury and the backyard/kumite sets)
PS5 will have backwards compatibility but the question remains for which games that will be. Anything released past mid July will have to be PS5 compatible. So by that logic you'd expect it to work on PS5 on day 1.
The question is how they will go about PS5 enhancements for the game. They havent been too clear on that yet.

- Leaked documentation shows that all PS4 games submitted to Sony for certification on or after July 13th need to have PS5 support.
