Franchise player development
Do players develop new quirks and improved hot/cold zones over time in franchise? Or do just the ratings themself change?

They will develop attribute-based quirks (i.e. Bomber after they reach 85-90 power) but not situational quirks (i.e. Homebody, Red Eye, etc.)

I've heard people say hot/cold zones evolve but I'm not sure how that works.
