NCAA 12 PS3 - Need named Rosters

I'm looking for named rosters I can use in Dynasty mode for NCAA 12. Any year(s) would do. I just need to get the file offline so I can upload it to my PS3. I can't find any searching this forum.

There are some conversions that use updated modern rosters someone made for 14, but it seems there are errors that prevent Dynasty mode from working.

I'm not smart enough to successfully dowload a winzip file onto my usb drive in order to download and then upload an accuarate NCAA 12 PS3 roster onto the game. I don't need a current year version of the rosters as I simply want to play the game with the real names and likenesses of the players from 2012. In the words of Michael Scott; please explain this process to my like I'm five.
