can you only get myrep with online modes?

Noob question:
I only play mycareer without the online modes, does this mean I cant get myrep unlocks? Ive played a long time but still on rookie leveland I would like other stuff from store but it's locked.

Yup online stuff only so park, rec, cages, pro am. It also goes up slowly.

Really stopped caring about it this year after my PS+ expired about a month or two ago and I didn't feel like renewing. Though I wish I could have reached enough rep to go shirtless. I still do get the itch to play with some randoms.

I guess that too many boosted playing MyCareer to get to Legend, so they removed 'Rep' from offline modes.

I feel the same way, but the truth is that nothing you unlock through rep really has an impact on the single-player game, except the additional badge points you get at legend, which would take forever to get anyways.

Yes, you miss out on some accessories and things, but if you’re playing offline those things matter even less. I wouldn’t worry about what you’re missing out on as far as rep rewards if you’re only playing offline.

but for example now you can't get different haircolours rihgt? I actually quite miss these small things in career mode
