Player In Motion Help

Just curious if this is doable. Can you put a player in motion, like a TE, but hike the ball while he is in motion? When is best time to do this? I know he can go to the other side of the play. But I see some QBs hike the ball while the player in motion is like halfway.

Should be, long as you're manually moving the player in motion and its not a designed motion play.
