New coaches scheme and playbook

anyone have a good list of playbooks and scheme to set for teams with new coaches in franchise? I know you can't edit coaches but I'm starting a franchise controlling all teams first year so they accurately draft the draft class i have so I may as well fix scheme and playbooks for teams with new coaches before giving up control of them after the draft.

Or even teams with same coaches who have new coordinator or madden may just have their scheme and playback innaccurate and should be tweaked
