Xbox Series X

I wouldn't be surprised to see this game make a resurgence once the Xbox Series X comes out as it will be able to play all Original Xbox, Xbox 360, and Xbox one games. Still the best football game ever made.

Re: Xbox Series X

Won't happen, because they will always limit which titles are backwards compatible.

Re: Xbox Series X

The only way I see it happening is if they do backwards compatibility like they did with the Xbox 360 where it was just physical discs. I personally hope they take that route, but I'm not expecting them to. I honestly wish they would go back to that style of backwards compatibility. Who knows though. Stranger things have happened.

What I've heard about Xbox Series X/S Backwards compatibility (BC) is that the games BC with the Xbox One will be BC on Xbox Series X/S and that all Xbox One Games will be BC playable on Xbox Series X/S.

Which implies that there will be no more OG Xbox or 360 games coming to Xbox Series X/S.

Here's the article:
Microsoft announces final backward-compatible games coming to Xbox One

Re: Xbox Series X

Yeah, there's nothing new about how backward compatibility is being done, other than the upscaling, etc. If the game isn't already BC it isn't suddenly going to be BC on the next gen consoles.

Re: Xbox Series X

I just saw a video for Atari VCS. Check it out online. It is a new Atari system that you can install Windows on and various pc emulators.

Maybe 2k5 can live on that?
