Had this suggested to me after posting a couple creations in the main forum. This has been a hobby of mine for a while but only now I’m feeling confident enough in my creations to share with all of you guys.

Reason why is called 90’s and 2000’s is because I love creating players I grew up watching but don’t have a card in this game.

So far I’ve posted two players but I’m planning to do a lot more throughout the year.

PSN that I’ll be dropping All these players in The vault will always be ‘JeanOcean’

In this thread I’ll show the players off once they’re done and hopefully you guys like it enough to download it

Note: not taking any request until I make most of the players I’ve been wanting to make or the ones I feel don’t have a good enough CAP already available. Suggestions welcome
