Can't play 2k5

I just got Xbox 360 and I have 2k5 Foot ball but it's saying it's not compatible. I thought we could play 2k5 on 360. Any help

You need an original Microsoft hard drive. Third party hard drives don't have the partition needed for backward compatibility emulation.

Hey can anybody help me with this issue I’m having.
When I get to the end of the 1st quarter or the middle of the 2nd. My game crashes. When it crashes it says

“Recover the HDD according to the instruction manual of the HDD”
Does anybody know what this means and what to do?
