Here’s the breakdown for trades in the real MLB in 2019:

March + April
15
May
15
June
14
July
70

That’s a total of 44 before July and 114 trades in 2019.

Here’s the breakdown from a simulation I just ran:

April
41
May
1
June
4
July
60

That’s a total of 46 before July and 106 total. Looks pretty spot on to me.

Everyone wants to talk about things being as sim as possible. Then when they do it you complain about it haha.

You’ve stated what people are talking about though. Look at April vs April. It’s not just the number of trades, it’s the number and the reason why. It’s not to get better, it’s rebalancing a slanted roster.

My concern is that top prospects are being traded every day.

Like 12 top prospects traded every other day.

Re: “Crazy” Amount of Trades

Yeah I've got the trade slider set to zero and all these trade come in one day. Unreal trades like the Twins trading SS Royce Lewis for 1B Josh Lester

There's 20 trades in the span of 5 days. All prospects. This is the first time that this has ever happened. There's an unbalance in the default roster and it tries to balance itself. There's literally 12 catchers in the Orioles roster. Nobody wants that.
