Baserunning outs stall the offense

Maybe it's my own psyche but when I kill a rally with a baserunning out, it seems like I can't get cash in on scoring opportunities the rest of the game. The at bats with men on get more pressure packed after I lose men on the bags.

There seems to be some real issues with base running this year that I’ve seen too!!! Lots of base runners not running on fly balls that are going to be hits. Runners will just stay at first and not move. Base runners also seem really slow this year. One thing that I do notice also is that speed ratings are way off with rosters and still waiting on a solid roster update to come a lot of player are way off this year.
