Coach adjusting: Option-QB is overpowered?

I've found there's no real penalty to always setting the coaching adjustments to "option: QB first", and it essentially eliminates QBs like Lamar from the running game.

Am I missing something? Does leaving the end to watch the QB give any signficant advantage to the offense?

Re: Coach adjusting: Option-QB is overpowered?

It only works on option plays. It can leave your opponents RB with huge lanes unless you user a defender really well.
