I know Trout is the easy answer and did just win the AL MVP, but 2017 and 2019, from a pure numbers standpoint weren't even his top 5 seasons, so there are signs of slippage if you look deep enough. of course, 99% of MLB would kill for his ‘‘down’’ seasons lol

He just posted a 180, 190, 180 wRC+ his last three years, along with 25WAR....no slippage at all
