What's the role and porpuse of the farm director in franchise mode?

I think it's the same as the rest of your coaches: minor input on increases of attributes for prospects based off their overall ratings and specific skillset.

Farm Director needs to be replaced by bench coach. It makes literally no sense for the Farm Director to be listed under "coaches" when its a front office position. It also doesn't make sense that bench coach wasn't added on the coaching staff.

I’m hoping all of this can be customized beginning with MLB The Show ‘20. Make it where we can customize titles, names, and appearances as far as the managers and coaches go
