NCAA 14 Servers have been "sunset"
NCAA 14 has been officially "sunset' by EA. They will no longer have a server to access online content like rosters and dynasties.

Does that mean if I delete my digital version of 14 that I won't be able to download it again from the marketplace?

No. Digital downloads and patches are not hosted on the game's servers.

If this is true, thank god I got the game earlier this week and was able to download the updated rosters.
