Re-sign Influence
Seems like this coach upgrade is useless. The players sign for a set contract value either way if you have the Re-Sign Influence upgraded or not.

Or?

I have found it useful where guys don't want to te sign because of playing time and such. I have had guys decline, get the trait and offer the same deal and they accept.
