NCAA 14 players to Madden 20 Class

How would you guys go about putting some of your favorite players from your NCAA 14 days in a draft class? By that I mean, if you have a guy with 99 overall, what would his overall be to start in the class? And so, and so forth? What formula (if any) would you use for applying their NCAA 14 skills to Madden values??

I am actually working on something similar. I have the best players at around 79-81. Depends on the player style to be honest. The better passers have higher overall ratings, and the scramblers are less, but still good enough.

For formulas there are a few, but as far as putting the classes in, it takes a lot of work to do. I am trying to find something easier where I can download my excel spreadsheet, put everything in and upload it back into ps4 and put some final touches on it.
