I want to bring back Vancouver Grizzles as a expansion team in my 2k19 game how do i go about changing the Memphis name so that we dont have 2 grizzles names and how do i do a expansion team?

I assume you're talking about MyLeague. I think you would need to both create your expansion Vancouver team as well as taking control of Memphis and making changes to them in the team branding section.
