Franchise: Does the quality of AHL coaches affect prospect development?
As per the title. Due to budget constraints, I have coaches in the AHL with C- and below traits. However, I am aiming to build through the draft and have several 1st round picks now in the AHL. Has anyone noticed any impact (+ or -) as a result of the new coaching element?
My suspicion is that actually coach selection has little bearing. However I do think the new coaching system shows promise, but it may be a few iterations before it really delivers on its potential.
