Last Patch Literally Made the Game So Much Easier

I was playing on legend with a few slider adjustments to make cpu offense a little less overpowered and make user hitting a little easier. Had pitch speed at default. Had it looking good.

And then the last patch released.

Now the game is a joke. Bad pitchers throw meatballs constantly. I have pitch speed at ten and I'm still getting too many hits. I've adjusted sliders to reduce user offense.

This is a damn travesty. Why do these guys insist on releasing patches in friggin October that change gameplay to the point that we have to recalibrate all of our sliders to make the game playable again? And I don't want to hear, oh, the patch notes didn't have any gameplay changes. The patch notes only include what they want them to include. I trust my own eyes than their absurd, non inclusive patch notes.

I play on legend with max pitch speeds using directional / classic , with custom sliders I am seeing fair and various results. I wouldn't call it easy by any means but it's challenging and fun to play. Feel free to check out any of my current games on YouTube, the complete slider set is listed in the video description. I switched to legend at game 51 so any previous game would be on HOF with a different slider set. Link is in my sig.


Edit: Also, I think this is the best the game's ever played.

Hmmm, maybe, just maybe, it's because the one before broke gameplay completely. Do you really need to make multiple threads to complain this much? Why not put them all in one thread titled "Dear Diary" ?
