I am on the east coast.

I've checked my consoles time settings.They are correct as well.

Why isn't my game playing?

I can almost guaranteed that it said the game would be playable on September 5 at 4pm but gotcha!

It’ll most likely be playable at 7 if they’re going for a universal release because when they do that, it’s normally co-ordinated with UTC, which is 8 hours ahead of Pacific, 5 ahead of eastern.
