ShaneTheMaster's CPU vs CPU M20 Realism Mod

Hi All,

I have finally released my initial version of my Madden 20 gameplay MOD - download link is below. It is compatible with version 1.12 of Madden 20. This mod is made with CPU vs CPU play in mind (All-Madden difficulty), to make the game more realistic. You can still use it if you don't play CPU vs CPU, but it was made with that intention. See below on what gameplay / simulation engine changes this mod makes:

1. Lower the max field goal attempt yardage used by CPU on watched games.
2. QBs now run the playclock down more before snapping the ball. This allows a realistic number of plays while playing 15 minute quarters, with accelerated clock.
3. Increase FG percentage on simulated games, and also reduce FG blocks.
4. Reduce blocked field goals/punts on watched games.
6. Raise maximum penalty caps by quarter/half/game.
7a. Fix a certain situation where the CPU would let the clock expire when a field goal is needed to win the game.
7b. Fixed an issue where the CPU would let time expire at the end of 2nd quarter if they are near FG range, and have timeouts left.
8. Remove built-in accuracy bonus for human teams on All-Pro.
9. Lower chance of major injuries during played games (experimental).
10. Winning team should not go for 2 until the 4th quarter.
11. Give passers a quarter second more time to react to pressure once they are done dropping back - this should lower completion % (Experimental).
11b. Have passers throw the ball away quicker and more often when facing pressure.
12. Slightly lessen the chance for defenders engaged in run blocks to get a 'super win'. (Experimental)
13. Increase chance of QBs leading receivers more on passes.
14. Increase the effectiveness of running backs pass blocking.
15. CPU offense now calls more running plays in 4th quarter when having a large lead.
16. Increase pass drops a little, especially when other defenders are around.
17. Add logic for the CPU to go for it on 4th and 1 or less when past the 50 yard line.
18. Decrease defenders ability to catch.
19. Give passers an extra quarter-second to break out of their dropback animation on screen passes under pressure.

Updated 09/14/2019 (version 0.5):
Re-exported the mod to ensure compatibility with latest patch.

Please see my slider post in the sliders forum for recommended sliders to use with this MOD. Enjoy, and let me know how it plays!

I also recommend playing OFFLINE to use this mod, as I am not sure how online updates will affect the mod.

Do you think it is possible to fix CPU QB scrambling with mods? I hate how QBs just sit in the pocket and never leave. They never attempt to scramble and throw on the run.

Sabo's mod has fixed this.
