Excel File to Translate College Stats/Combine Scores to Madden Ratings

I've been searching and searching for a way to create my own draft classes and all-time rosters using real data that translates accurately to Madden. I need some community help.

KiffinWillWin has provided quite a bit to help me get started on projects. If anyone else with experience creating draft classes can shed some light on formulas you use, it would be greatly appreciated.

Will be hard to convert stats to ratings but if you can find 40 times etc its pretty easy. ESPN recruiting site has their HS numbers but they do improve with college strength and conditioning.

I'm going to dive into the deep end trying to get as accurate as possible with some of the more detailed attributes. When I finish I'll be sure to post.
