That's pretty impressive for a small company to include all of this in one dev cycle.

After watching some of the video, gameplay is a bonus, I'll be picking this up for the first time.

They made some nice improvements from 17 to 18, so I am excited to see what they have done this year. Personally, I don't care about the facilities management, the practices or the full coaching staff, but the improvements to the scouting and drafting are sorely needed! I hope you can see the career stats of players also (the absence of career stats is a huge strike for a franchise mode). I also hope they tweaked the gameplay to make the completion percentages better match the ratings of the players (considering other factors, like coverage)[in last year's game, it was way too hard to complete passes to open receivers, with high ratings (to both QB and WR)].

Oh, also any word on whether they either got rid of the tier system or made it optional? I could not stand the tier system . . .
