importing rosters/coaches in middle of dynasty
So i simmed the first 6 years of my dynasty and am now in pre-season of 2019. I would like to now imort this year's rosters/choaches into my dynasty..thus pretty much erasing the coaching movement/recruiting movement..and technically begin my dynasty in 2019 with this year's rosters and coaches. Is this possible with the editor? If so, what would be easiest way?

Great question, I'd like to know if this is possible as well. I'd like to do exactly as you've described.
