NCAA 14 on new Xbox Scarlett?

Not sure if anyone has followed E3 but they are saying Xbox Scarlett is going to be backwards compatible for all previous Xbox generations going back to the original Xbox. Does this mean getting NCAA football back on a new console?

I don’t think so. It’s not backwards compatible with the X1 so I doubt it.

This is what I'm hoping for but I am prepared to be greatly disappointed.

Anything is possible but licensing will probably prevent XboxScarlet from working with NCAA.
I believe PS3 emulation is the wave of the future atleast in the next 10 years when it becomes more affordable to own a highend enough PC with graphics (under $300). But currently for $400+ we can search hard to find a PC able to play these games about 80% well right now.

Atleast the 2020s are set with emulation if our old Consoles don't work any more & they never make another NCAA game again due to all the player payment issues.
