MY LG ONLINE Cpu Trades??

I finally decide to do a online lg with a friend and im noticing the lack of cpu trades. So i search thru offline settings and compare them and im noticing cpu-cpu trades option is missing. I feel like ive looked thru everything and cant find it. If this is missing then it sux because the lg will be stagnant during the season. Theres also usable FA not being signed either.

So did 2k blatantly lie to us and say everything is in except player training? Cuz i also see theres no morale either so im unsure if players will even progress in season. Is there any way to fix the lack of cpu trades in mlo??
