Offensive Scheme/Lamar Jackson

Let me start by saying that I am a spread, no huddle guy at heart from the days of Pat White/Steve Slaton. But lately I have been really feeling running my power I scheme that I like to call “Bully Ball”. I’m about to start a franchise with the Ravens but I want to maximize the strengths of Lamar Jackson while also maintaining the integrity of my power scheme from the I form and possibly just build on and add more formations as I go? Do you guys have any ideas of how I can potentially fuse this idea together? I’m thinking a playbook with all power runs and PA plays off the power runs.. maybe a lot of rollouts to get him moving around, etc. I don’t want cheese however.

Re: Offensive Scheme/Lamar Jackson

You could incorporate more of the pistol offense. Allows the back to be lined up behind the QB so you still ahve that I formation feel kind of but can run power plays out of it but also incorporate some read option plays with Jackson.
