No hitter/ Perfect Game Thread

I thought I'd start a thread so we could post our no-hitters or perfect games or even close to either.

I just threw a combined no-hitter on my PS Vita in MLB 14 The Show with the Chicago White Sox on Dynamic Difficulty (All-Star)

I was using Pure Analog and I was facing the Minnesota Twins

Felipe Paulino had 3 BB on 9 K through 7.0 IP and Nate Jones threw 2 perfect innings with 3 K.

This is my third no hitter.

I had one in 13 with Tommy Hanson and one in 12 with Felix Hernandez. (Last out was an error to ruin the perfect game)

Anyone else here throw one recently or come close?

The only time I’ve thrown a no-hitter in the show was back with my RTTS SP back in ‘15 in AA. In my next start, I took another no-no to 8.2 IP then gave up a single up the middle.

I came close to an MLB no-no last year, with Sean Newcomb against the Reds in Cincinnati (broken up with no outs in the 9th). And another through 7.2 with Adam Conley in Milwaukee.

I've thrown only 1 against the AI. MLB 07 with Chien Ming Wang vs the Rangers. Haven't really come close since.

I threw a perfect game with Walker Buehler against the Diamondbacks on Veteran. MLB 19. First one I’ve thrown in a long long time. Last one was with Zambrano I believe like 10 years ago. I did get the ultra rare no-no trophy.

Seems a pitcher gets gassed before he is able to shut the 9th down.

They do, but, you can still pitch through it. They will be a little more wild though so, hitting the release and not trying to paint is more important.

Last year on hall of fame I did it a few times, but this year I decided to play on legend pitching, and it is a lot more difficult. The AI can swing and hit at nearly anything, even out of the zone. So it makes it very hard to get consistent strikeouts with great pitchers. Feels cheap at times.
