Just getting used to calling plays, but I must be doing something wrong.

I can only seem to call quick scissors 3 for 1 person on my team. I've gotten it to work with Kyrie but not Penny nor Ray Allen.

Is there a rating that determines the plays? or do I have to be in a specific area of the court?

If players dont have the corresponding play types assigned to them you cant call a specific play for them.
