I always thought the user had no choice in who to hire for coordinators, but they do. MrHurriicane found it.

Sim to the end of coaching carousel when you’re in it and you’ll get an option to contact coordinators. Check out his twitter. He has a video that shows it.

Hmmm, I’m guessing this only happens if someone hires away one of your existing coordinators, right? Not like you can just fire your OC and get someone else?

Hey everyone, I found that actually I had no control over the OC decision. I tried to replicate the results, and found that instead of picking my OC, I was watching the decision be made by the CPU. When I was streaming the offseason I ended up doing things in Coach Carousel I hadn't seen before, and for the first time saw my OC get hired without simming to the following stage.
