Saw some posts and tweets saying that 19 will only have 3 modes...Online Ranked, DD, RTTS.

These posts were from like October-December 2018...has anyone on here heard of this at all? Are there any updates to these rumors?

There's NO WAY they would do this...right???

They only assign one or two devs to franchise. It's not like franchise is wrecking their budget.
