Madden 16 community files?

I'm wanting to know if anyone has Madden 16 or Xbox One or PS4, if so can you tell me if the online community files are still working?

I know they are still up for Madden 17, I was able to get up to date rosters and they work great. Saw Madden 16 on sale used for $2.99 and wanted to try it out, was wondering if the online files are still available?

I can't find anything online that says if EA has turned the online side off or not.

As of a couple weeks ago you could download the last roster update and community files and servers were still up.There were typically around 100-200 people at a time still online.
