Poll logic NCAA Football 13

I'm playing NCAA Football 13 in a dynasty and I won the national championship last year and this year began as preseason number 1. Despite starting 6-0 with a win over at the time #5 Oklahoma (who's only loss is still me) and being Florida St with full 6* prestige, both Notre Dame and LSU jumped me. I ended up going undefeated and playing undefeated LSU in the BCS Championship game where I won. After the game, I simmed the week and the media poll still had LSU at 1 while the coaches poll had me at 1!

Dynasty mode is so frustrating in this game, has this happened to anyone else?
I don't know if its just EA Sports trying to piss you off but there's no way I should win the national title and still be ranked below the team I beat

I can vaguely remember something along those lines. I think I won the BCS title game and still was ranked 2nd. I want to say the #3 team jumped to one. It was some bizarre quirk and I can’t remember what version (12 or 13 or 14) but it did happen to me as well.
