Does anyone know if the Woo Hoo bonus pack and the Rhonda and Rey pack are included in the Season pass?

Yes, they do. At least I think they do, they came with the deluxe edition.

They are not. They're included with the Deluxe edition, but are a separate purchase for the standard version.
