Legacy Bugs/Glitches in 2k19?

I feel like I ask this question every year but here goes:

1. Does the uniform creator still have incorrect colors chosen on uniform and player names? For example, when I select a color for the base of the jersey or the neck/shoulder trim, the color appears properly. When I select colors for numbers and names and text, the color is wrong. Is that fixed? I play on PC by the way, so maybe that's the issue.

2. Do AI teams go into the red in MyGM/MyLeague? Like, hundreds of millions into the red, just incomprehensible amounts of debt, while keeping 4 thirty-million dollar contracts on their payroll. Is that still an issue?
