I want to start a Career mode with a roster of the biggest disappointments and waste of talent players in recent history.

They may not be as big of names as the guys on your list but how about Tom Cleverly, Jese, and Andy Carroll?

Also, he's young and still has potential but Januzaj has so far been underwhelming after such a promising start with United so I'm not sure if that qualifies him or not.
