Is there a timelimit on the immortals ?

So i just got the game about 3 weeks ago. I've been playing franchise mostly. But i started recently start DD so i'm looking at the the missions for the immortals. And the some of the missions they seem tough to get without major grinding so do they expire after the postseason? Or are they there to unlock even after the postseason.

I don't think there's a time limit to unlock Immortals. Or, at least, there has been no mention of one. I guess I look at the fact that the community markets are still open for MLB 16 and 17. As long as they support the game online, you should be able to get the Immortals.

There are some Immortals out there now that are a bit easier to obtain. For example, Immortal George Brett is available just by completing the Future Stars Programs. That program requires much less grinding, and does not require any live player, jersey, bobblehead or autograph exchanges.
