Change Uniform Set

(I used to know how to do this, but I've forgotten.) How can I use the roster editor to change the uniforms for a school? ... so that for, example, if I rename Texas State as Furman and I want to use purple uniforms, I could toggle their unis to Northwestern. Was assuming it was a Team tab option, just can't figure it out.
