Create a Team Franchise

Hi All. Just got this game over the weekend, and I love it. My plan is to create a team, and all 20+ players. Just want to verify I can use this team in franchise mode? Can someone walk me through the best process for this?

You can use it yes, you just have to start the franchise and then choose what team youd like to replace and press square. Its pretty simple

So, just create the team and create all the players, and move the players onto the team (I'm assuming). Then, when I start my franchise, I can just sub out a team of my choosing for this new team. Right?
