(Also Gruden and Caldwell just joined my division, along with Hammermill who's there already

But cool to see more guys come up and become new head coaches instead of retreads.

I just started a new one last week with my Bucs and definitely lucked into the best “starting” staff I’ve ever had. Always let Monte go after 2008 so he can become a HC. He went to the 49ers and fired everyone from their staff that wasn’t fired initially, so I ended up with Singletary as my DC! My staff was:

OC: Cam Cameron 55
DC: Singletary 81
QB: Caldwell 99
RB: Wilbert Montgomery 51
WR: Mike Johnson 50
OL: Tim Cobble
LB: Pepper Johnson 55
DB: Raheem Morris 88
DL: Jim Tomsula 14
GM: Guy Torrent 61

Unfortunately Caldwell left after 2009 but he got the Rams HC job immediately. Replaced him with Trent Green. Also hired Alan Lowry (78) as my STC after he got fired from Chicago after 1 season as their HC.

I'm in 2015! I got Pepper Johnson as my DC and I let him go to be a HC...no offers yet though!
